Information we process

• Notification preferences: if you subscribe, your browser generates a random identifier and a push subscription (an endpoint URL and encryption keys). We store these, encrypted, to deliver notifications. We do not ask for your name or phone number.
• Contact form: the name, e-mail address and message you submit, used only to respond to you.
• Usage statistics: pages viewed and a daily, one-way hashed visitor token used to count unique visitors. Raw IP addresses are not stored with page views.
• Search and assistant queries: the text of searches, used in aggregate to improve the site.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage to remember your theme and notification settings. If an analytics provider is enabled by the site operator, it may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time on the Notifications page or by revoking permission in your browser. To ask about data we hold, use the contact form.

Security

Push subscription data and configuration secrets are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
